We are all home now and easing into the routine of caring for a new infant. I know Jess is glad to be home and not being woken up constantly from nurses with good intentions. Now she will be awaken from the cries of a hungry baby. I guess I’ll be too. But those times will be much better than those from a nurse. Yes, I gave up from trying to sleep there at the hospital and came home.
Again, we are thankful to all of our close friends who showered us with love over the last few days.
