A new experience for both of us on our anniversary trip was Eggs Benedict. Hard to believe that after (insert your polite guess at our ages here) years of eating breakfast, neither of us had ever tried this dish. Yummers! This stuff rocks! I think perhaps I had avoided it because I have been hesitant about eating a poached egg. They are certainly delicious, but isn’t poaching illegal? I think those egg poachers should just wait until it’s egg hunting season. And so many places have official egg hunts right at Easter, it’s not like you’re going to miss opening day.
